    Open position. Remote Project Manager

    We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead client engagements from initiation through completion. You will own scope, schedule, risk, governance and stakeholder communication for technology and operational initiatives delivered remotely across multiple countries.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead 2-4 concurrent client engagements from initiation through completion (planning, execution and closure)
    • Define and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and steering materials
    • Run governance cadences (kickoffs, weekly status meetings, steering committees and retrospectives)
    • Manage scope, schedule, budget and risk with full transparency for the client
    • Coordinate delivery teams (internal engineers, developers, client teams and third parties)
    • Apply and continuously improve our methodologies, templates and quality standards
    • Translate strategic priorities into structured backlogs and measurable outcomes

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience managing technology, transformation or operational projects
    • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred)
    • Hands-on experience with both predictive and agile delivery approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
    • Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder engagements remotely
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (B2+ in both)
    • Experience with PPM and collaboration tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence and Notion)
    • Strong discipline in documentation, reporting cadences and confidentiality
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, IT or a related field

    Nice to have

    • Experience supporting clients in cybersecurity, banking, manufacturing or technology services
    • Exposure to PMO setup, portfolio governance or transformation programs
    • Familiarity with risk management frameworks (ISO 31000) or quality management standards (ISO 9001)
